Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is a Mexican-American sportscaster. She's an ESPN anchor of news and hosts SportsNation often. She started working at ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter of TV journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is a bi-lingual since the age of nine years old, a valuable skills that helped her get her first position as a production assistant at Univision in Miami and gave her the opportunity to work alongside producers of national programming including Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. Then she was offered the position of reporter for The CBS St. Petersburg affiliate in the following year. She was a reporter for KNVO TV 48 Univision in Rio Grande Valley Texas. In reporting on news stories related to illegal immigration as well as drug trafficking on the Texas as well as the Mexico border, she worked as a news reporter for KNVO TV 48 Univision, the Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 Univision as well as Fox2 News. Mark Bergmann was her professor as well as the director of WRMU and WRMU, which she's a member. They formed a strong relationship. He guided her to become self-confident and his passion for journalism deeply affected her, as did she. She strived to live up to his standards and never let him down.
